These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ducavag mobile application ("App") operated by Carcaroli LTD ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Ducavag app is a location-based service that allows users to save, categorize, and manage points of interest. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Use License
Carcaroli LTD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Ducavag app on your mobile device, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or commercial exploitation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

All location data, points of interest, and categories you create remain your property. However, you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services. You may delete your account and associated data at any time through the App settings.
4. Disclaimer and Limitations
The Ducavag app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Carcaroli LTD does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carcaroli LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Information We Collect: Carcaroli LTD collects only essential information to provide our services. We collect your name and email address when you create an account. We also collect location data and points of interest that you choose to save within the App.
How We Use Your Information: Your name and email are used solely for account management, app functionality, and essential communications. Your location data and saved points of interest are used to provide the core mapping and categorization features of Ducavag.
